Mozambican Catton Association

TThe Cotton Association of Mozambique (AAM) was created in 1998 with the purpose of promoting the interests of the subsector and its associates, having become one of the associations with the greatest relevance and intervention at national level. 

AAM represents companies with processing factories that hold concession contracts with the State for the promotion of cotton cultivation

Date of establishment : Public Deed of January 14, 1998, and published in Boletim da República nº 17, series III, of April 29, 1998.

Mandate: Promote the interests of the sector and of its associates, in perfect cooperation with all stakeholders and partners, in favor of the sustainable development of cotton, associated crops and the rural environment in general.
